Our Awesome Team

JCS operate with a small dedicated team of highly professional analysts with extensive experience and knowledge on the Ghanaian economy. Our focus is on solving real life problems. We strive to present new insights and bring new perspectives to projects, frequently highlighting issues that need to be addressed.

Patricia is a founding partner of JCS. Her prior experience includes facilitating the setup of Blue Skies Products (UK) and Blue Skies Ghana Ltd in 1999. The international group is now a major fruit processing company. She was also one of the pioneers of aquaculture in Ghana, supporting the setup of Crystal Lake Fish farm. Patricia established the first equity microfinance fund domiciled in Ghana and also secured the role of JCS as one of the founding members of ANDE.

Patricia Safo
CEO

Caesar is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA - Fellow). He holds MBA in Financial Management from University of South Wales (UK) and BA (Hons) in Economics with Statistics from University of Ghana Legon. He has also completed Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Courses.

Prior to joining JCS, Caesar was with BlueCrest University College - (Ghana) as a Senior Lecturer in Accounting & Finance; Beautiful Gate Miracle Church (UK) as a Finance Manager; Edinburgh & Lothians Regional Equality Council (UK) as a Research Assistant; Embassy of the Word of God (UK) as an Accountant; Jemsta Limited (UK) as a Management Accountant; and Gold Coast Securities Limited (Ghana) as an Investment Advisor/Analyst and also in a capacity as Regional Manager.

He has several years of working experience in diverse positions with multiple companies. He has gained an extensive insight in Finance, Financial Accounting and Management Accounting. His key competencies include, but are not limited to, financial analysis, financial management, budgeting and budgetary control, planning, organizing and coordination, monitoring and evaluation and business strategy reviews. 

Ceasar Simpson
Senior Analyst

James presently works with JCS as Senior Investment analyst and undertakes business and tax consultancy, fund management and fund raising, investment appraisals, valuations, due diligence and feasibility studies, industry and economic research as well as management and monitoring of Investee Companies.

Prior to joining JCS, he worked with FirstBanC Financial Services Limited in the capacities of Senior Capital Market Analyst, Senior Corporate Finance Analyst and Branch Head for their Kumasi Branch. He was the Ashanti Regional Manager at Brooks Asset Management Limited and also worked in various capacities at New Generation Investments Services Limited, Head of Asset Management and Pensions, Head of Corporate Finance and Research, Fund Manager and Accountant.

James holds MSc. in Economics and BSc. Business Administration (Accounting option) from KNUST. He has also completed the Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Courses and is a final level candidate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CIT). He is currently a member of the Chartered Institute of Economics Ghana (ICEG) and the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analyst Ghana (CIFIAG). 

James Peprah-Yeaboah
Senior Analyst

Reuben holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) Degree in Accounting and prior to joining JCS worked with Cyrano Fund Management Ghana Ltd as an investment analyst. His areas of expertise include raising Debt and/or Equity Finance for Financial Institutions, credit appraisal, investment management, due diligence reviews and risk management studies.

Reuben Danyin
Analyst

Mary holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from University of Cape Coast. She is currently reading an MBA program in a credible international university and also studying with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana,(ICAG). She has over 7 years working experience in the areas of accounting, operations and administration.
Before joining the dedicated high profiled team of JCS, Mary worked with the Banking & Operations Department of GCB and with the Finance Department of UT Bank Ghana Ltd (now GCB). She also worked with the Ghana Girl Guides Association, an NGO based in Accra, where she played the role of both the Centre Manager and Accounts Manager.
Mary is a young professional who has great expertise in accounts management and people management.
Aside her work with which she is so passionate about, Mary has great interests in singing and playing table tennis. 

Mary Asantewaa Boateng
Accounts Manager

Alex has a degree in IT and has extensive knowledge of networking, programming and operating systems. He was previously Network Administrator for Socketworks Global Ltd. He helps ensure that JCS has ‘user friendly’ systems and provides the team with essential IT support.
