Who May Report

Built for Anyone Affected by Our Investments

This mechanism exists for community members, employees, contractors, suppliers, or any third party who has an environmental or social concern about a project JCS Investments has financed. You do not need to be directly affected to report — public interest concerns are welcome too.

Our Process

From Report to Resolution

Step 1

Submit

Report a concern through the form below, by email, or by phone — named or anonymous.

Step 2

Acknowledge

We confirm receipt within 3 business days and assign a case reference (named reports only).

Step 3

Investigate

Our compliance team reviews the facts, which may include a site visit or stakeholder interviews.

Step 4

Resolve

We agree corrective action with the relevant portfolio company and set a timeline for it.

Step 5

Close & Follow Up

We confirm the action was completed and, where possible, follow up with the reporter.

All reports are treated confidentially. Anonymous reports cannot receive a direct follow-up but are investigated the same as named ones.

Anyone affected by or with knowledge of an environmental or social issue connected to a JCS Investments-financed project — community members, employees of portfolio companies, contractors, or other stakeholders.

Yes. Anonymous reports are investigated exactly the same as named ones. The only limitation is that we cannot send you updates or ask follow-up questions directly.

Yes. If you provide your name, it is shared only with the people directly handling the investigation, and never with the party you are reporting about without your consent.

Most cases are resolved within 30 business days. Complex cases may take longer — we will tell you the expected timeline once we've assessed the report.

You can request an escalation review by our senior compliance officer, and the matter can be referred to an independent third party where appropriate.
